Refund policy

Returns

Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Please contact us before sending any returns at info@bricolagerarebooks.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
